"FoolishPeople's Dark Nights of the Soul is a truly unique production. By turns darkly comic, surreal, horrific, genuinely thought provoking and certainly not for the faint of heart. Verdict: Dark Nights of the Soul is pure Fortean magick. 10/10

"FoolishPeople transcend drama and magic!, combining elements of both at the expense of neither. This troupe of bards should provide inspiration to anyone interested in exploring the magic!al side of the dramatic arts. I cannot recommend this enough- I have scarcely felt so alive while passively consuming."

FoolishPeople in association with The Horse Hospital, The Centre For Fortean Zoology and Sam Shearons Art of Darkness present Dark Nights of The Soul: A Magickal Anthology.

Told via Dr Bleach's spirit parliament who travel to the dark corners of a soul destroyed to seek untethered truths, Dark Nights of the Soul is an anthology of six play's , told over six performances, over thirteen months which combine current affairs with mythology to cut to the core of the human experience of living at the apex of a human civilization. Dark Nights shows one mans journey in questioning how much control we have over our lives in the face of a world reality where immense historical events that would normally take decades happen daily.

Dark Nights aims to shine a very different light on the politicized debate covering such issues as Euthanasia, Body modification, Modern Warfare and personal freedom whilst living in a total surveillance environment.

By combining these issues with ancient mythological technology FoolishPeople aim to questions if it is possible with the use of ancient psychological tools to gain back our individualism, in the face of such oppression to the human soul.
